Design Guide
Surface Water Disposal

The design will comply with the Environment Agency requirements for surface water disposal using attenuation ponds or chambers to regulate the flow of surface water into the local water courses or drains. The attenuation systems are carefully designed to avoid overloading local water courses and maintain the outfall levels prior to the development, to protect the river and stream eco systems.

Churchmanor are also reviewing the storage and re-use of collected rainwater for use in toilets and landscaping maintenance.
