Our recognised expertise in research and development parks led to Morley Fund Management approaching us to take the lead role in the redevelopment of Chesterford Park.
First developed in the 1960s the site has grown into a campus of 36 buildings. We are implementing a phased programme of refurbishment and redevelopment to reinvigorate a tired asset.
A key element of the new look Chesterford Research Park is the central support services Nucleus Building housing conference facilities, a restaurant, meeting rooms and a gym to enhance the Park's appeal to occupiers.
The on-going development programme includes the creation of pre-let and speculative laboratories for both established and start-up businesses, broadening the base of occupiers and improving the long-term income for Norwich Union Life & Pensions.
