Joint Venture opportunities where we can add our expertise, funding and resources to unlock difficult development schemes.

Industrial
Existing buildings with redevelopment potential. Perhaps with low site cover, potential for alternative uses, short leases or poor quality buildings.

Land
Well located sites, serviced or un-serviced preferably suitable for a variety of uses, including B1 or business park development, medical research & laboratories, trade counter, car showroom or in/out of town retail.

Retail
Shopping centres, trade parks, retail parks or retail parades / blocks which offer the potential to meet our "added value" criteria.
