We are immensely proud of all of the joint ventures we have entered into and none more so than our collaboration with the Britton Group.
After outline planning permission was granted for retail warehousing we provided the finance to jointly purchase the site. Contained within the planning consent were requirements for a country park and new public infrastructure.
We secured pre-lettings to B & Q, Currys and two restaurant occupiers. The created investment was subsequently sold to a major institutional investor.
